Refund & Returns Policy
Please make sure you send through correct name, spelling and phone number to be embroidered on goods. We will not be responsible for any misspellings’ on buyers behalf. Please make sure you choose carefully the correct size, collar / lead colour and thread colour of embroidery as there will be no refund once the goods have been embroidered.
Request for refunds will only be accepted for faulty goods on arrival, not change of mind. Request for refund or returns must be made in writing within seven (7) days from receipt of goods. All returns including postage, packaging and insurance is at buyer’s expense.
Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match description.

Measure you pet's neck with a tape measure or their current collar.
2Do you post Australia wide?
Yes we do with Australia Post, as per below:
500g standard postage satchel $9.00 or 500g express postage satchel $12.00
If you require a tracking number, please make this request in the message box with a current email address.
3Delivery Information
Orders will be completed and posted via Australia Post within 2-3 working days from receipt of order and cleared payment.
All orders are despatched from Sydney. If you need orders urgently, please select Express Post.
